Henna Tatoo.


     I love tattoos but I am not able to do it, and every summer when I watch at the beach, people who are doing henna tattos, I think, I will do it someday. Once, I did it, but it was with Indian ink and it lasts 3 days. For this reason, this week I am going to research all the information for doing a henna tatto but at home.

     Ingredients  for doing the henna mixture:

Henna
Lemon
Pine oil, it is going to intensify the colour of the henna.(I prefer black colour)
Sugar (it is very useful for our skin admits the henna)
A plastic recipient is not possible to do the mixture in a metal recipient.
Plastic for wrapping the mixture.

How to do the mixture?.

     1st: To choose the design for knowing the quantity of mixture that we are going to need. If the mesure design is about 5/10 cms will contain a coffe spoon of henna. For a whole arm will be necessary 200 grs.

2nd: Once decided the design we are going to prepare the mixture. We will mix  all the  ingredients except sugar and pine oil. We will move without stopping without forming any lumps.

3rd: We will know that the mixture is ready when its appearance is similar to  toothpaste and if we take a spoon won't drop something.It mustn't be liquid.

4th: Now we will heat some water with sugar and we will add to our mixture moreover some drops of the pine oil, if youy don't like you can opt for lavender oil.

5th: We will cover our paste with a plastic and we will keep far from heat. And we will maintain 24 hours. Once spent the time, we can do our henna tattoo.

Don't use black henna, because it is toxic for our skin or hair henna for skin.hair henna is for hair not for skin.

     As we were speaking in the previous reviews, the summer is here and now we start to remember all the things that we have been delaying. One of them is the hair removal, that we are normally conscious when the tights are out and we want to wear our favourite skirt or dress. Don't worry, in the last times, we can find many methods for removing our hair, but, I'm going to analyze which method is the best for you.

     Laser or Pulsed Light. It's one of the most popular ways to remove your hair is via laser or pulsed light. It is made by energy which goes through the shaft down to the follicle, and in this way it is destroyed the hair's root. It's not immediately but the laser weakens the hair until the fall of this. It requires a treatment of 5 or 7 sessions and their price costs around $150 and 500. It depends the number of sessions you are required.

     Now, we are going to treat the specifications of this treatment. It can be done in anywhere of our body, and the ideal people for this treatment are according to the kind of skin, so I'm going to tell you which option is best for you. For it, we must identify which is your tone skin.

Type I: This kind of skin always gets sunburned. It is never tanned. Ex. Caucasian with freckles or pale albino. It is advised ruby laser.

Type II: This kind of skin are tanned the minimun.Ex. Caucasian with light skin. It is advised ruby laser.

Type III: They sometimes get sunburned.They are tanned very slowly. Ex.Caucasian, darker European. It is advised  alejandrita laser.

Type IV:It is strange that this skin gets sunburned and they are tanned.Ex. Mediterranean- American, European and Asian.  It is advised alejandrita laser.

Type V: They have a great tolerance to the sun. Ex.Amerindian, Afroamerican. It is advised ned yag.
Type VI: The sun doesn't affect them. Ex. Afroamerican, African.It is advised ned yag.
The most advisable skin are type III and IV. Because the laser acts in a best way. But in the clinique, they will tell you which is the most adviseable treatment. As much as the light and darkest are the less adviseable for this treatment.


You have to pay attention if you heal in a bad way, because it can produce keloids.



Electrolysis: This kind of treatment has been forgotten since the apparition of laser. But it is adviseable in some cases, such as when your skin creates keloids or if you are going to apply the laser in a part of your body where you have a tattoo, because it can be burnt due to the lack of accuracy, or the adviseable distance between the laser and the tattoo must be of 2 cm, and if the tattoo is bigger, we will have a part with hair, so I recommend you the electrolysis. It is called permanent for the treatment is used a tiny needle that slides down into the hair follicle until it reaches the cells which is responsible of the hair growth. Unlike laser it can be painful, but it is used anesthetic cream.the number of sessions are around 10 or 25. And their price is about $40 or 90 by session. It can be done anywhere on the body but it is more popular on the face.


As I have commented before the darkest skin is the most problematic to treat, and in the case of this skin can produce keloids too.

     As every summer, the sales come and our wish for buying is bigger. I don't know why but i have to go there. But I don't like wasting my money. I have watched many women bacame crazy and they argue with other women because they watch this cloth before, but i hate this kind of events. I'm going to tell you my secret for getting the best prices and not die in the attempt.


What Shoul We Do Before Going Shopping??.

1.    To revise your wardrobe, in this way we will know what we have and what clothes we are interested in.
2.    To do a list of all the clothes we want to buy.
3.    To go to the shops in the worst hours, in this way you should avoid, the screams, histery...
4.    To be sure how much money you are going to invest.
5.    The uniform, you should wear in the sales is a dress and a pair of sandals, in this way you can try more quantity of clothes.




 We Are In The Shops, And Now What??.

1.    To look at properly the quality of the clothes. Many times is very cheap but it lose their colour very soon or the quality of the cloth left a lot to be desired.
2.    It's the moment to to buy the basic clothes as jeans, t-shirts, or what you consider basic in your daily life.
3.    To take advantage of buying the products that in any moment of the year are more expensive.
4.    If you have any doubts with any cloths, I advice you to buy, in your house you can try it and if it doesn't like you can refund it.
5.    Don't invest much money in the clothes which are in fashion.
6.    To look at the magazines, blogs or other  ways to know what the style will be next year in fashion and you can look for it.
7.    To visit all kind of shops.

Are You Irritated With Mosquito Bites?



Summer is here, and with the good weather, we meet with some old enemies which we prefer don't know about them.

Personally, i feel irritated, because I am as a magnet for them, because when someone is with me 
and they appear, they always select the same victim, me!!.


I have tried many tricks but they haven't got any result, when you are on the street. This year, one friend of mine has told me a new invent. He has told me “This is the natural solution, and the best of all, it works”.

I haven't tried yet, but I would like to share with you his secret.

You will need:

-1/2 litre of alcohol
-100 grs of cloves
-Jhonson's baby oil or any other type

How do we prepare?

We will soak the alcohol with the cloves for 4 days, in a jar and we will set in a dark and  wet zone of your house, perhaps in a wardrobe..Once the time has spent you will shake the jar and you will add the oil. And the miracle is ready to use and avoid the uncomfortable mosquito bites.


And have a good summer free of mosquitoes!!.

Are You Ready To Catch Some Rays?




     Now, we are near of our summer holidays and you will probably think to move to a place where you can sunbathe. And the best of all, it is very good and benefitial for our health. I'm going to show you some examples:



1 To avoid the stress.
2 To relax.
3 To rise your self steem.
4 To improve your humour.

And now, we are goin to focus on medical benefits.

1 To provide vitamins our body
2 To reduce some skin illness, such as psoriasis,eczemas or to prevent the osteoporosis.

Unfortunately, all are not good news. In the last times, with the problem of ozone layer, we can take some risks with sunbathing, such as:


1 To produce spots in our skin.
2 To grow older in our skin.
3 It's one of the main factors in acquiring skin cancer.
4 It can produce addiction.
5 it can produce sunburns

But as we know, this can be produced by the excess. Everything as deseved, it is good. Balance is a virtue.


What do I advice you?

First days:
You shouln't sunbathing no more than 15 minutes.
You should avoid the risk hours.
You should use the appropriated factor in your sun cream. You should spread 30 minutes before sunbathing and after you should spread after sun or moisturizing cream.



And last but not least, enjoy with the sun!!

Are You Ready To Be Tanned?



     We are almost in summer and we are thinking in being tanned. In previous reviews, we were speaking about the cares related to our body and in this ocassion we are going to stop in what we must do to be ready, but from our inside.

For it, we have to prepare our skin, before exposing us long hours in the sun.



How can we do it?

      1st Of All. We have to prepare our skin, exfoliating it to get an unirform tanned.

     2nd. Once, we have done it, we have to start our particular operation. For it we need to ingest antioxidants, which we can find in many foods, such as (garlics, strawberries, rasberries,cherries, grapes, kiwis, prunes, peppers, carrots, tomatoes, oranges, lettucescoccoa, spinachs, green tea, onion, meat, fish, corn... ) You will be reading and you aill be asking, very well you are recommendind me this, but why? I'm going to explain you. The antioxidants will help us to our cells to bear in a best way the solar radiation and will help to protect them.



     3rd. Besides these food you have to combine with a good hydration, because the transpiration is higher and the cells are at risk of not having water. Of course, this is important but please REMEMBER NOT SUNBATHING in the most dangerous hours of the day. And always you have a sunbathing , use protection.

     4th. We have to remember to ingest the E-vitamin sice it will help to the use of the a vitamin, since it is the manager of holding our tissues in the best way.


     Last but not least, you should remember we have foods which are more appropriated in winter than in summer.

The Battle Of The Bulge



     It's nearer the summer holidays and you are thinking in how many pounds you want to lose. And you are regreting about the famous meals you have eaten...


How can we do it?

     1st. Don't worry. First of all, like other things, do a plan where you are going to write all your goals, but don't do it in general. Set your goals every week, and when you get them, you will feel better, and you can celebrate it, but don't celebrate eating …

     2nd. Lose weight little by little. It is demonstrated, the loss of weight has to be progressive if you lose many pounds the rebound effect  can be terrible. For this reason, please do it little by little. Think before cheating.If you need to indulge in a candy, it is better you do it, but continue with your plan. In fact, I have read about a recent study where some people on diet have been studied. The study consisted on to proof that sweets in the morning don't put on so weight as in other parts of the day.


     3rd. Do five meals at least in a day. You have to take into account, if you eat, you will do that your organism work and in this way it will be able to reduce.If you don't eat, it won't work for you. And remember to drink water.


     4th. Reduce the amount of calories. It's important not to excess the number of calories. The normal calories is 1500. For it, you can help with webs which count the calories of every food.
 
    5th. Sleep. Don't reduce your sleep hours, it's demonstrated that people, who sleep nine hours, are slimmer.

     6th Practise sport. Of couse, if you gonna be on diet, you must combine with exercise.   

     My advice is to be in fit all the year. If you have got your goal or you are almost, please don't throw in the towel. Rememeber what you have got, and keep on this way.
