I Hate My Stretch Marks

     One of the great aesthetic problems that suffer many women are the stretch mark, caused by the pregnancy or simply by the loss of weight. Although it can be sufferd by men and women, women have much more possibilities to have them.

     They are the result of breaking the elastic skin fiber, that is, when we stretch too much our skin, some fibers are broken creating what we call stretch marks. The main causes are the lack of nutrition or a bad diet. 

     At the begining these marks have a pinkish colour and a little bit of volume, nevertheless,as time went by they are plane and white.

     The parts of the body where they used to appear are the thigh, bust, buttock, hips and arms.

And now the great question: Can we delete it?.

     Nowadays, there are not any treatment which delete them in the whole way. They can be reduced and get a satisfactory aspect. But,one very important  aspect to take into account is the kind of skin, because not all the skin work in the same way, as I told you in the past review about the hair removal by laser. 

Treatments.

     The best results have been got with the combination of two treatments microneedling and laser, which reduces the visbility of the stretch mark.The microneedling is a roller with very small needles which break the fibrosis of the stretch and help to produce new skin and the laser change the aspect of the marks.

     We can also use natural treatment, but they are only to improve the appearance not to delete. We can use cream or oil rosehip which help with the scars.

     As every summer, the sales come and our wish for buying is bigger. I don't know why but i have to go there. But I don't like wasting my money. I have watched many women bacame crazy and they argue with other women because they watch this cloth before, but i hate this kind of events. 1.    To revise your wardrobe, in this way we will know what we have and what clothes we are interested in.
2.    To do a list of all the clothes we want to buy.
3.    To go to the shops in the worst hours, in this way you should avoid, the screams, histery...
4.    To be sure how much money you are going to invest.
5.    The uniform, you should wear in the sales is a dress and a pair of sandals, in this way you can try more quantity of clothes.

 We Are In The Shops, And Now What??.

1.    To look at properly the quality of the clothes. Many times is very cheap but it lose their colour very soon or the quality of the cloth left a lot to be desired.
2.    It's the moment to to buy the basic clothes as jeans, t-shirts, or what you consider basic in your daily life.
3.    To take advantage of buying the products that in any moment of the year are more expensive.
4.    If you have any doubts with any cloths, I advice you to buy, in your house you can try it and if it doesn't like you can refund it.
5.    Don't invest much money in the clothes which are in fashion.
6.    To look at the magazines, blogs or other  ways to know what the style will be next year in fashion and you can look for it.
7.    To visit all kind of shops.

     Oh my god!. Have you ever thought if I were a man...when you are at the disco and you have to wait those eternal queues for doing a pis. I have felt envy of the boys many times, because they can do it in any place, but we have to look for a wc...

     I have just discovered this invent, and at the begining i have thought: oh! What a disgusting thing!!. But, when I have reflected, I realize that I will envy the boys nevermore.

The Art Of Tattoos

     The previous review I wrote about the different aspects which you must take into account if you decide to do a tattoo. And, in this occasion, i'd like to speak other aspects of tattoos, the art of tattoos. As i told you it has changed the view of people who have tattoos, but it doesn't mean that it is an esthetic but a fashion. But in many cases the tattoos are really artwork. As you can watch this image. It could be a picture in an art gallery.

     But, noy only as a fashion or as an aethetic which is identified with different urban tribes. Tattoos can help people, with different esthetic problems, such as scars, stretch marks or other problems...
In many occasion the strecht marks are a problem in women, due to the  current society, as worried by esthetic.here, we show as a tattoo, it can change the complex.

     The result of a surgery intenvention with a tattoo.it looks like funny when it could be an ugly mark, now it has a different aspect.

     But the most significant case of tattoo which I know this is.It is a tattoo of a woman who has been cut their busts, due to the terrible enemy of cancer. In this case, I consider it a really artwork,
and a great show of her courage for living.
